It currently consists of paved and unpaved dry boat storage areas, a launch ramp, a hoist area with two-three ton hoist on a single pylon and a floating dock adjacent to the bulkhead. The facility and its equipment are under the supervision of a full-time Manager who performs minor repair and maintenance and engages outside contractors for more extensive work.
